A non refundable deposit of 30% is required for all services booked. 

If you don’t cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior or no show to your appointment time a cancellation/no show fee of 75% of the service price is required. 

If you do not reply to confirmation of which is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment it will become automatically cancelled. 

If you are more than 15mins late to your appointment it will be cancelled /rescheduled.
